About Us
Bringing you education, and experience to ensure your horse is well cared for
Nestled in Belwood, Ontario, Eden Stables is a sanctuary for horses and riders alike. Our services encompass horse boarding, with access to trails, a round pen, and an outdoor riding arena. English and Western disciplines are welcome. We support humane animal training practices, and embrace clicker training for our equine friends. We strive to promote health in our horses through good nutrition, proper exercise, regular veterinary care, and proper hoof trimming programs. We believe in natural horsemanship, barefoot trimming, and forage first.
Our barn is managed by Emma Davis, a graduate of the University of Guelph's Equine Management Program, and Erika Eden, a vet tech with large animal experience, and a 30 year veteran of the horse industry.
Meet The Team
Emma Davis BBRM, ABC-DT
Barn Manager and Co-Owner
Emma is a graduate of the University of Guelph's Equine Management Program. She has 14+ years of experience working on horse farms, and riding in English disciplines.
Emma is also an ABC certified dog trainer and instructor at Eden Dog Academy.
Erika Eden B.Sc., VT, CPDT-KA, CDBC
Assistant Barn Manager and Co-Owner
Erika graduated from the University of Guelph's Wildlife Biology program, and then earned a Diploma in Veterinary Technology from Ridgetown College. She has 30+ years experience riding in English disciplines, working on horse farms, and assisting large animal veterinarians.
Erika is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, Certified Dog Behaviour Consultant, and the head trainer at Eden Dog Academy.
Abby Davis
Co-Owner
Abby is earning her experience points in the horse world through hard labour, and riding lessons. She became an equestrian by accident when she went into business with Emma, and Erika, and there is no turning back now!
Abby is also the lead trainer of our puppy program, and pet obedience program at Eden Dog Academy.
